Q-Cells Crystalline 60-Cells Modules Set Two New World Records

Efficiency world record of 18.5 per cent for a multi-crystalline module exceeds own record of 18.1 per cent

Q-Cells SE has set two new world records for multi-crystalline solar modules. The independent calibration laboratory of the Fraunhofer Institute for Solar Energy Systems ISE in Freiburg confirmed the module efficiency of 18.5 per cent in reference to the aperture area for a module with 60 multicrystalline solar cells.
